Our stay was good. The first night staff member that we encountered was somewhat rude. But the following morning and the next day the staff members were nice and helpful. Our driver that picked us up from the airport was nice, friendly and gave us plenty of information about the area.

Property is close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and professional. I've stayed at this property several times and they never dissappoint.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially when we were checking out. Room was spacious and comfortable. Carpet was hideous, but that’s of no consequence.

The shuttle is very convenient to get around. The staff is very nice. It was a very good stay.

The convenience of the proximity to BWI, the front desk did an outstanding job in checking us in. Answered all questions, set up shuttle to airport. Very happy.
