The man that helped me with check in was amazing - I had accidentally reserved a king and needed 2 beds, he was so helpful in making the switch for me.
The property is nice, the bar and recreation area are wonderful. The pool seems to have some permanent green algae in it - my son got a rash after swimming in it!
Beds are comfortable, only complaint on the rooms is that there should be a small light in the bathroom! When anyone needs to use the baton the middle of the night, the whole room lights up!

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and nice to speak with. Unfortunately, the bar was closed due to lack of staff. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and I appreciated that it was free for the area. Tips appreciated!

Customer service was very polite and welcoming, the hotel had a good smell and it was around a lot of good fast food restaurants.
