We had a comfortable, clean well kept room. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and the train/ bus station was a short walk away. We will stay there again on our next visit!

Poor experience
Posted 3 Oct 2021 on HotelsMany different disappointments. First tried to talk to the hotel through hotels.com message and phone and noone answers at all. Checked in and the sofa bed was not made for the kids, we made it and it was very dirty under it and we had to move it to fit in the room 216, so the dirt was around. We had an old room that furniture need to be refreshed. Bed and sofa bed in a very poor conditions and extremely small TV. After a long day out we come back and no cleaning. I see only pictures of nice and new rooms and no pictures of other rooms, so be aware. Breakfast was good.
