Cockroaches in room. HOUSEKEEPER WAS STARING INTO WINDOW AND WENT THROUGH OUR BAGS. Didnt notice bags being tampered with until we got home and some things were not as we had left them.

Check in only said what she had to. Asked for bottom floor stating over booked. Hair dryer broke and asked to borrow one. Was informed they didn't have a spare. I had somewhere I had to be at 8am . She informed me I could I could speak with the manager. I asked when she would be in. She informed me 10a. I work in operations management and I have to say someone needs to be replaced and management needs to run this business better. This is being ran like so many businesses now day's, if they have a warm body they don't care how customers are treated.

Checked in, The girl at the counter was super sweet. Room was ok, It strange not having carpet but wood looking floors. Kinda makes the room feel cold. Went to take a shower and no wash rags, and the soap dispenser on the shower wall was empty. It only had Conditioner. Luckily I travel a lot for work and bring my own soaps.
