Parking lot was in poor condition, craters of potholes but the the staff were very nice, super easy process, the room was nice and clean just a little outdated is all. Overall a decent stay and it did what any good hotel should do. Provided a clean bed and towels for the night!

Its in airpark, easy access! The hotel is being renovated, but our room was fairly updated. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We were there bc of the football game, no other rooms were available even a month out of booking. But its close to downtown Lincoln.

They advertise having a pool but it's not accessible. There's no breakfast. The side table was loose and the toilet was loose from the floor. There was a cockroach in the room, They charge $100 for a room but couldnt possibly spring for a box of facial tissues. The lady working said that she was going to have Expedia give me a discount but that never happened.

A true discount Gem in Lincoln Nebraska
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsI didn't know what to expect from a hotel that was less than 70 dollars a night (I paid either 60 or 66 dollars a night if I recall). I went up the elevator fearing the worst but to my surprise it was immaculate! No smoke smell, very clean and modern. A true Gem in Lincoln NE. They were having Internet issues the day I got there and you could tell the staff was stressed because of this but I received great service from all staff. The only issue I had was I lost Internet on my phone after the first day there. I was told though that I should have called downstairs and asked for help. 10 / 10 would stay there again!

Posted 7 May 2024 on HotelsI realize that this hotel was undergoing some renovations, so there were definitely some cosmetic issues going on. However, the first room I checked into was very dirty and did not have a working refrigerator. The second room was fine, but the chairs were all cheap plastic chairs that were extremely uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was how the hallway on my floor (a non-smoking floor) reeked of marijuana and dog piss.
