The front desk staff displayed contrasting service levels. The morning representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, whereas the afternoon staff member appeared unhappy and struggled with decision-making. When inquiring about temporarily storing my luggage for an hour while returning the car rental and heading to the airport, she was unwilling to assist without consulting her manager, demonstrating inadequate customer relation skills and leaving the guest unsatisfied.

Facilities are well kept. The front desk people are very polite and knowledgeable. The staff at the breakfast are helpful and courteous.

It was a very nice, clean room and the staff were extremely friendly. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay next time!

Everyone was very nice and friendly staff. Very clean quiet really enjoyed the comfort of being able to go downstairs if you’d like a nice Hot cup of coffee or tea and sit in the lounge overall great experience
