This place is clean, quiet and conveniently located. Staff is excellent. I would suggest improving the concrete in the parking area. There were several cracks that could become a problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are traveling.

The room was very clean.
Indoor pool water was extremely cold. I had planned for my granddaughters to be able to swim that evening. They only lasted five minutes because the water was so cold.
The beds were very uncomfortable. I felt like I spent the night tossing and turning trying to find it comfortable spot.
The breakfast was very good and there was a full variety of breakfast foods.

Pool area definitely needs some work, but otherwise it was a good stay.

We are sorry you felt the entire pool area needs work. The hot tub has not been an amenity for over 3 years, and the entire hotel is do for a remodel in the next several months.

When checking in the front desk attendant lied a said I booked a room with one bed so she put us in a smoking room with 2 beds.

We do apologize as you were offered a single bed that could also accommodate a roll-a-way in the room also. You chose to take the 2 beds smoking room.

Good but in need of an update!
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe stay at Hampton quite often. It is my go to choice especially when I know it is a new / updated hotel! Unfortunately, this hotel needs updating. It is older and it shows, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was also not up to the normal standards. The hot choices were limited to biscuits / gravy, sausage and oatmeal. As someone who try’s to stay away from heavy carbs, this was frustrating. In the upside, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful! The cleanliness was good as always!
