River was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Fridge microwave and coffeemaker. Owner helped me clean snow off my car. So very thoughtful and appreciated!

Loved the retro charm of this small cottage. So quiet you could here the river flow. Clean and well maintained. Peaceful White Mt. weekend getaway.

I was looking for a quiet place in NH. Franconia Notch was perfect. My cabin was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this to everyone. I'll be back.

We have always loved our little getaway’s here and for the price you can’t beat it directly on the Pemi River! However, this stay the bed was outrageously uncomfortable, so much that we woke up with back pain. The satellite TV was problematic, and every time the refrigerator kicked on the tv turned off. The shower had pink mold and around the toilet was disgusting. We made it work but jeeze, some cleaning and upkeep is needed desperately.
