Nothing special, but clean. Needs updating and some repairs. Took half an hour to check in & had confirmation #s. Terrible water pressure & took forever to get hot. Breakfast standard. We booked two nights & requested a 2pm check out because of a medical appointment. Manager refused and said would charge another night if we stayed. Not good PR. Check in is 4 pm.

We need to get the room cleaned and inspected before we let give those to other guest arriving on that day, hence we will have less time if guest want to check out late around 2 pm and 3 pm. I hope you can understand our situation and provide an opporutnity to host you in future.

Hotel is not kept up on mantaince and updates, but you get what you pay for. The bed was actually comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable, affordable clean and in a great location. We enjoyed having options for shopping and dining close to us. I also liked the sitting area in our room. The only thing that I did not like was that the card reader to unlock the room door sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. Also, the stairs were closed for some reason and the lady at the front mentioned a situation about the elevator, but it didnt apply to us since we were on the first floor so she didnt go into detail. This just can be a safety issue if staying on one of the other floors. Overall, great stay, very affordable and we will stay there again while visiting Lincoln.
