It was conveniently located for what we wanted which was a bed and food for the night. Nothing to really set it apart from other hotels in the area. Didn’t consider it value for money, but was paying with Expedia points so I’m glad it wasn’t hard cash.

I was not informed that the pool and jacuzzi were out of order before I arrived, the aircon did not work, I used the two milks that were there on my first day, they were not replaced so I could not make a coffee the following morning

Friendly staff, very clean room, treated ourselves to room service which was fantastic and a reasonable price, very impressed and will definitely be back

First thing to say is that ALL the staff are amazing, customer service is fantastic.
However the low score is based on the overall quality of the hotel. It’s very tired, though things like bedding and towels were clean the room felt a bit grubby with a dirty tissue behind the cabinet and a piece of used chewing gum on the carpet.
The fridge in the room didn’t really work and The hot tub was not working.
The breakfast is very average.
We wouldn’t choose to stay again.
