You get what you pay for. No carpet or rugs inside so wipe feet so there is sand everywhere, poor lighting, room was freezing, when ingot into room it was turned off, heat should be at least 50 in november at the beach. hair in the shower and on curtains, and bed is rock hard, but better then motel 6

bugs in the bed, musty smell in the room, internet doesn’t work at all nor is there service in there

I don't understand why you didn't bring this up with front desk? We would have gladly moved you or fixed all these issues you mentioned.Our romance suites, which you were in, have a another separate wifi, for if the normal one is not working when we are full, with the same password, which I would have told you if you would have brought up this problem. I do apologize if your stay was not up to your standards, but we wish you would have came to us to fix it, because now there is nothing I can do.Have a good rest of your fall, and a happy thanksgiving!

We feel like be treated to believing we'll have hot tubs and ocean view in the room, other than that the stay was decent.

We do have some rooms that have hot tubs in them, and most of our rooms are ocean view, but we also have rooms that don't have direct view. Maybe next time give us a direct call to confirm your reservation is what you want. Have a good rest of your night!

I liked the location, the property was kept decent pn the exterior, but inside the room was substandard !
The maintainance is extremely poor, old dirty carpet,mold growing in grout. The electrical sockets were 1950's w/ no ground. No phone charger would stay plugged in. Extreme fire danger. Portable fridgerator balanced and not mounted. Can't believe what Expedia charged or graded this dump at !!

I love how it was so so clean and smelled nice I could genuinely relax and not worry. The bed was so cozy I slept like a baby, over all 10/10

This place has an *amazing* view for the price. It's an older building so expect a little rust and such here and there, but if you want a good deal and an amazing view, do it.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was not super fancy, but it was great for the beach and for bringing our dog. We had a beautiful ocean view through our window, and although there wasn’t the greatest view from the hot tub, we had it to ourselves, and it was pleasant to be outdoors. We would stay again.
