Loved this place. Wonderful fireside sitting area in the lobby, great breakfast, fabulous staff, room temperature was perfect with NO noisy heater fan, very comfortable!! I would definitely recommend.

They where happy to move us to top floor when upstairs children where being very loud and making loud disruptive baging noises where where right above them.

Scheduled maid service before 3PM. Returned after 3 and service was not done. Went to front desk for towels etc.
