Our hand washing sink was broke from the moment we checked in until we left. The front office staff tried to fix but it didn’t work. We just had to wash our hands and brush our teeth using the bathtub which was very inconvenient.

Very walkable if you’re younger or in pretty good shape and if you are older there is transportation to the casino which is close by. Room was clean and comfort.

Amazing customer service at any time of the night or day. Both Shelly and Alex made the check in process so pleasant, and everyone has been so kind and helpful. The rooms and lovely and comfortable and the hotel is close to Safeway, McMenamins, outlet mall, and the Chinook Winds Casino. Highly recommend!
