Won't stay here again
Posted 10 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe manager on duty was in a hurry to go back to to watching his rugby match on arrival. On departure he seemed even more disinterested and could not be bothered to direct me to the restuarant for breakfast. At breakfast found weevils in the cereal. The only redeeming quality of the service at the place was the Bar-keep and the Chef who cooked dinner as well as the cleanliness of the room.

The service that has been provided is certainly not what we promote ourselves on and we do sincerely apologize for the rushed check in and departure. We have also passed on the comments to the food n beverage manager who will attend to this immediately. We are pleased you did however enjoy your accommodation, the bar area and your evening meal.
