Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Bedroom always cleaned quickly. breakfast - lots to choose from. Spacious room with patio with incredible views. walking distance from town. Felt very safe.

Excellent all around except for one lady with dark hair who worked the breakfast shift. Very strict and easily annoyed. The other staff members were amazing

Nice hotel, disappointing experience.
Posted 7 Jun 2024 on HotelsWas very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

Should have stayed longer!

They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! The location of the hotel is perfect, and has beautiful views that are hard to beat! -Adrianne and Donnie
