Bedding dirty and blood on sheets. Staff made us change our own sheets.

The room was good once we were able to get in. We had a difficult time opening doors with key cards. Had to have staff open the door for us each time we went out. After they rescanned keycards and they still didn’t work, turns out the batteries needed to be replaced on the door.
