Caught pinkeye from the dirty sheets and when I asked for replacements they bought out more dirty sheets, the pillows were brown under the pillow cases, when I turned on the sink brown water came out

Check in was good with helpful staff. Later at night, I had a couple questions about the area and one staff member was super informative, which I appreciated. He also helped me out when I had unprogrammed the TV in advertently. Very appreciative of the couple people I’ve met who were here.

The staff tried but clearly they are short staffed. The hair dryer and the hot tub were broken, the pool area was under construction. The beds were not comfortable.

The fact there is NO SMOKE DECTOR in the room which makes in violation of Colorado law or any other for that matter as it’s a major safety violation! Staff was friendly!

The sign was broken, weeds everywhere, parking lot in run down condition. I thought the hotel was closed so I went to the hotel next door thinking that must be mine. Nope, Best Western in great shape, nice person at that front desk told me I was not listed. Turns out I was in the dump across the street, the one I thought must be closed!!! Front desk was maned by two kids! Wyndham, really? That said, the bed was comfortable. No vending machine!

Our sign is not broken. The sign on the top is a filler spot for the resturant next to us. Wyndham does not "own" Baymont. Am aware of the landscaping. BW was built not too ling ago. Baymont was built between 1992 - 1998 and is is need of restorations in some areas. Which we are working on soon.

The hotel was great the location around the hotel is rundown but that is beyond the hotel control

The booking showed Spa and Pool. The pool was not open and the spa had been closed for months. The carpet is coming apart. The condition of the hotel is not reflected in the photos it’s really much worse.
