Excellent hotel and interesting city

The hotel was central to the city for 3 night stay. Parking at the hotel was good but a surcharge per night. Plenty of places to eat in easy walking distance. Very good stay.

A night's stay.

The room had neither been checked nor cleaned sufficiently prior to our stay. The shower area was dirty, old black soap deposits were all too evident. We asked for towels. The previous occupants rubbish was in the room's bin. The Nespresso was thick with dust. There was plenty to like but the aforementioned points were pronounced flaws. We did not take breakfast.

My room was small like most European rooms, but especially comfortable - the bed was a dream world - many TV options - the buffet breakfast perfect for me - just a brief stroll to the center of the city - good taxi service - staff attentive - excellent English

Road trip

Approaching the hotel on a busy road was challenging, the car park was behind double red doors which was not clearly marked. It would be useful for the hotel to inform future customers, when booking, of this issue. Apart from the parking, clean and comfortable.

France new area to try

A lovely hotel. Sorry we didn't get the name of the lady on reception of our arrival because she was so helpful and her english was good and tried to encourage me to try my french. Close to the old quarter. Room was a good size maybe put breakfast tea in the tray as well as flavoured tea.
