Great little hotel with a few problem. Shower needed some maintenance and was leaking. We fixed it temporarily but it’s clear that no one checks this. Facility is a little dated, the carpet in the room needs to changed as it’s discoloured. Bar and restaurant at the hotel are great.

The customer service of the hotel was brilliant. Everyone went above and beyond what was needed. The staff were always willing to help.

The hotel is an easy walk into downtown Limerick. It is in a very safe area and right on public transit. Our room was comfortable although a bit small. The restaurant that is attached had some great food.

Quite. Cable TV needs some work. Almost no channels.
