"The property is well maintain. The checking was smooth. The condominium is located at high floor with a good view of the sea & the town. There are fridge, washer, TV & fridge. Excellent for short or long term stay. Car park lots are easily available. It is much better than staying at a hotel. The hotel rates at Melaka has been on the uptrend. I suppose due to supply & demand. If you drive then it is convenient. "
