This property is central and convenient, and our room was spacious and comfortable. It is located along a busier street, so street noise is a bit loud for some rooms, but overall we enjoyed the property for the price.

Ariana was super kind and helpful , she helped me with my luggage and provide all the necessary information for my stay in Lima, I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends.

The property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, seemed safe, However, it's located right on a intersection, when there are cars passing by, they stop and start, making some loud sound.
It's a very small hotel, the receptionist is not always at the site, occasionally can make it difficult to contact them.
The staffs are very friendly.

We stayed in Lima for one night and this boutique hotel was such a pleasant stay. Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were also super friendly. The room also had A/C which was wonderful.

Solo Travel : Amazing Stay
Posted 18 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe Lot was an incredible stay. Traveling as a solo woman they were quick to respond and so helpful arranging any transport that I needed. My room was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The water pressure was wonderful too. Their breakfast was just what I needed before a day of traveling.
I also loved the location as I was able to run along the Malcon very easily.
