"A truly lovely hotel and sadly I was rather unwell whilst I was there. I was VERY grateful that I was granted a later check out time which was very kind and gave me a little longer to rest before my long journey back to Scotland. Eduardo at concierge looked after me extremely well and my friends the Clarksons who were also in the hotel at the same time. We appreciated his valuable service. All in all this is a FANTASTIC hotel and it was delightful experience despite my illness."
