My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. She particularly appreciated the convenient location. Overall, it was a superb experience that made her trip pleasant and hassle-free.

The location is very good. Directly across the street from a lovely park. The owner is super friendly and attentive and made me feel welcome. The room looks nothing like the pictures and there's no kitchen and no coffee maker two of my highest priorities. The room also could have been cleaner.

Short Business Stay

Monterrico Suites worked out very well for my short stay in the area around the US Embassy. I was especially impressed and appreciated the care and efforts by Egidio! My only recommendation would be to install some better curtains for those who want to sleep in a bit. Otherwise, I recommend it!

By the picture the property looks ok but it's not, first of all as in expedia website says they offer free bottles of water and hair dryer and 24 hour front desk but there's not, they said there is A/C but actually there is a LOUD portable cold air blower which has a hot air extract duct that has to be placed out of the room but there was no hole or duct extractor they just opened the 1/3 of the balcony door and hung in there. The bathroom size is twice of the airplane bathroom and the ceiling paint was peeling off as it hasn't been painted for decades, spider web is everywhere, hair rolls and dust is everywhere and you can easily tell that the dirt is not from one or two days ago. The worst thing is when I got to the place to check in, there was a cleaning guy who handed me the room key and untill the next morning I couldn't even see the staff to make the complaint about the issues. And I kept calling and calling to resolve the problem but no one answers. And the next day in the morning when I was about check out the owner of the property showed up and said that I have to pay in all cash for the stay and he had sended me an email about the payment. It was something absurd because by the time when I made the reservation there was nothing about the payment. And as I claimed about all the issues he said that in peru is like that and period. I wish I could up load the pictures that I've taken to show the condition of the room but unfortunately the website won't let me.

Impresionante el comentario del Sr. Do Kium King, quien ocupo en 2 camas a su familia de 4 personas y encontré recién a las 8 de la mañana del dia siguiente cuando toco la puerta de mi departamento en el primer piso del hotel (donde yo vivo con mi esposa) para despedirse de mi y darme un sin numero de quejas por demás propias de una persona sumamente alterada y molesta, empeorando mas su estado cuando le dije que me tenia que pagar su estadía en efectivo como se menciona en nuestros correos automáticos (que no había leído) y el me insistía en que el había realizado el pago a EXPEDIA mediante su tarjeta; hasta que después de un buen rato y confirmar sus estados bancarios se dio cuenta de que me tenia que pagar en efectivo como decía mi mensaje que se envía automáticamente cuando se hacen todas las reservas en EXPEDIAl y que el nunca leyó. Luego estaba completamente alterado y fuera de si me acuso de mentiroso pues el decía que Ustedes ofrecían como parte de mi hotel un sin numero de servicios y equipos que yo desconozco. Efectivamente quizás tenga razón en que encontramos 2 pelos en la salida del balcón del dormitorio y una pequeña tela de araña en la esquina del techo del baño y si creo que debemos pintar una pared del baño (que no es grande pero tampoco tan chico como exagera este señor) que se había mojado y ensuciado, todas estas observaciones fácilmente reparables de inmediato si le comunicaba a nuestro asistente de limpieza quien fue quien lo recibió pues yo tenia una cita en el hospital y no pude atenderlo personalmente como siempre hago con todos mis huéspedes. Este señor exploto en cólera cuando le mostré los BOOKING AWARDS que mi hotel a ganado en 2019, 2018 y 2017 por superar justamente de todo lo que se queja amenazándome con desarrollar esta tremenda queja propia de una persona alterada y anormal. Les agradezco infinitamente por sus servicios y espero haber superado este penoso y exagerado incidente, solicitando tenga a bien eliminar la queja de este señor.
