Posted 22 Jan 2019 on HotelsArrived there and they insisted there was no reservation under my name, then found it and offered me a diferent type room, then told me to come back after more than an hour (at 8pm) to get room ready. I eneded up not using that stay at all.

We regret very much that after making the Checkin you could not get to stay at the indicated time, your room was ready after the indicated time. The error was due to a human error on the part of the receptionist who did not know how to use the Expedia Booking system. Indeed his reservation was respected and we were waiting for him all night with the worry that nothing bad would have happened to him. To alleviate the discomfort we give you a discount of 15% on your next visit.
