The night shift employee was exceptionally welcoming and assisted in English and Spanish. Although his name escaped me, he was accommodating and ensured a swift and effortless check-in process.

We reseved a spot of 2hours for the hot tub/ sauna/ gym and that was sooo relaxing after our 20 day excursion in Peru.

During my stay at this hotel, I felt incredibly safe and well cared for from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always being helpful and accommodating. Their friendliness created a warm and welcoming environment, making me feel like part of the family. When it was time to leave, I was touched by the genuine affection from the team as they sent me off with love and even hugs. It was such a heartwarming experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking both safety and an exceptionally kind staff.

Good price, reasonably close to the airport where there are very few options for hotels. Hotel itself is just ok, would not stay for more than just one night. Area around hotel is terrible

It was great and the staff are very helpful especially the ones at the desk and the breakfast are really good. Housekeeping is also great though I did not let them clean my room since i am always not there. I’m always out visiting landmarks.
