Room & Bath was clean. Used Taxidatum (good taxi service for Cusco site seeing and fixed rate for transfer $12 US per hour in LIMA, $18 from LIM airport to Miraflores) We stayed one night, breakfast was great as you can also order fresh Omelet. Front staff knew English and was able to guide on sightseeing. Hotel was able to accommodate the bags after checkout and can schedule safe private taxis if needed. You can walk to few site seeing areas right from hotel to Central & Kennedy Park then to Locomar, love & Chinese point Park. We took one way taxi (hotel recommended) for Downtown town attractions then in front of Belfore Hotel (to have secure transport - UBER ) for Magical Circuit fountain. UBER back to Hotel from Magical Circuit and Hotel recommended Taxi back to Airport. Room was OK/bit small but good enough for two of us.

The hotel staff are great, the breakfast is very good, the host Alex the guy are very very very good person, he help us at the first time....

Loud noises of repair work....rooms are tiny, checkin took forever to complete. Would not stay here again. There are far better hotels nearby. Beware they will charge u $25 as extra person charges if you have a toddler with you!

We also understand the discomfort and we will continue to strive to offer the best possible experience to our guests and provide much clearer information. information from the first contact on our platforms.Our child policy indicates that only children under 5 years old will be able to share a room with their parents free of charge with breakfast included and only one free child is allowed per room.Thanks for the constructive feedback :)Cordially,

The staff are so kind and supportive. We had an issue with our delayed flight, and we ironically sent here as a hotel the layover. They we quick and got us a room with 3 beds. We also stayed there multiple nights and slept comfortably, and staff and room were great. I would return without hesitation.
