Posted 15 Feb 2024 on HotelsJust a basic hotel (I would say 3-stars) which was ok for us since all we did there was just sleep, we were out touring all day and left the hotel early in the mornings and returned late in the evenings. Staff tried to be helpful as much as possible. On our first night the AC was not working (we checked in around 1:00am and checked out before 7:00am) and there was no other room available so we slept with the windows open. We returned a few days later and got a different room with a working AC. Location is quiet and within walking distance to many attractions (especially the tourist info center where you can sign up for a number of different walking tours). Breakfast was reasonable with a few variety of foods and juices, enough for us. Will I stay there again? Probably.

Expedia hotel is horrible. They charge you for everything you cannot bring family members to your room. You have to see in the lobby they charge for everything is terrible. I talked to a lot of American people there. They all very upset. You guys always do this to me for $1000. Next time I get an apartment so sad.

The staff was so incredibly amazing. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Francisco, Ociel, Erica, Joanna, Gabriel, Alfonso and the cleaning staff. I had the best time staying at the Embajadores. And the main reason for this is them. They are the kindest, most friendly and professional hotel team that I have ever had the privilege of staying with. I would highly rate this hotel, and definitely stay here again! Sure there were a few minor issues, such as the loss of hot water for a few days, however that was no big deal. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful trip and a delightful stay. I highly recommend this Hotel
