The receptionist wasn’t rude but she also wasn’t very welcoming. Which I do understand that’s not what she’s there for. I get it. It may have been a rough day. I checked in at 3:00 on 11/15/2024. The first room was disgusting. The floor was filthy. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub was just plain dirty. I went downstairs to report this and she switched out my room to the room next door. This floor wasn’t as bad but still dirty. The room smelled of smoke. I go to check the restroom and it wasn’t as bad as the first room but still too dirty for me. I’m thinking ok I’ll just deal with it until I check the bed. There was hair on the sheets and a stain that I just couldn’t bring myself to even imagine what it was. I packed my stuff in my hands and immediately checked out. The receptionist just said “that room isn’t good either?” Umm no ma’am it wasn’t. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there so no I’m checking out and we politely parted ways. I would not recommend this hotel

The property was above average for Lima. The only issue was the room was warm and stuffy, after turning on the air conditioning to cool the space the system was too loud to run when sleeping. Very Loud!! Therefore the room grew warm and stuffy again by 2:30 am. Room 315 has a noisy ac system.

The elevator and carpet in the hallways were filthy. My bathroom mirror was dirty and never wiped down. The room overall was comfortable and the bed comfortable.

The check in process was easy and the staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival in the room I was extremely disappointed. The floors were quite stained. It looked like nothing had been wiped down from the previous guests…there were food crumbs and drink rings on the tables. The bed was made, but looked like the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. I returned to the lobby to speak with staff. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available, which, to be honest, I was not super upset about. The front desk staff immediately agreed to refund my room charge and I was able to locate an alternative hotel, only a few minutes away and for only a small increase in the nightly rate. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless they improve their cleaning practices!

Good location and close by selection of restaurants, fast food and gas stations. Room had stains on carpet, very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Heating/air conditioning unit very noisy. Had reservation for 2 adults staying for 2 nights but room only had 2 towels /2 wash cloths. Ice machine broken... We won't be staying there again

First I want to say that the staff was very nice but they are not empowered to handle any issues unless the GM is there. The pictures online look nice but they are anything but accurate. The excuse they gave to the state of the the rooms was that the refinery workers that have been staying there are the problem. That is definitely true, however there is a difference between rooms that are beaten up a bit and clean. There is not reason for the astonishing filth. Terrible experience. We left and went to another hotel
