The staff was very polite and eager to help with any questions and service. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The Ayenda Goldi felt more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel. It was nice staying in an antique building converted into a hotel vs a conventional American style hotel.

Hotel bem localizado , próximo a metropolitana e principais pontos turísticos. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. A única falha que achei, foi quanto ao fornecimento de material higiênico e se banho.

Pésima experiencia! El hotel no tiene agua caliente para ducharse, lo cual es indispensable para el clima frío de Lima. Reclamé en la recepción y no me dieron una solución. Sábanas y tohallas sucias. Anteriormente me habia hospedado en el Ayenda del Prado Hotel, también en Lima, fui al Ayenda Goldi creyendo que sería la misma experiencia maravillosa que había tenido en Ayenda del Prado, pero no, fue todo lo contrario! Es una pena porque no es posible confiar en la cadena de hoteles. No volvería al ayenda Goldi.
