Overall this was a great experience. It was conveniently located for me to attend church programs. The employees were very nice and polite they made my visit. When I had anything I needed they were quick to resolve. The only negative is the bed was hard.

Staff were friendly, generous and clean rooms, choice of meals, closeness to the supermarket and other amenities, short distance to the city centre, government and donor offices

It’s all about the pool
Posted 5 Mar 2020 on HotelsIf you like swimming then this could be a good place for you. Stunning 25m pool that is rarely used. Start the day with a pre breakfast swim.
Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Internet is generally good.
The hotel is fairly well located, close to other offices and shops.
However, there are not really any good places to sit and have a meeting at the hotel. Only the tables near reception.
Breakfast is the usual buffet options that you get at major hotels. Staff were responsive to suggestions, adding more fresh fruit. Would be great if they had a coffee machine too.
Overall the style is a little impersonal, but the staff and pool balance this if that is important to you.

It was clean and had what was needed but there was damage in my room on arrival as if no attempt had been made to repair it.

Excellent property, extraordinary service, hygenic continental breakfast, close to Government offices. Value for money. Look nowhere else; this is best in Lilongwe.
