Great hotel, lovely staff and great Breakfast. I stayed with my wife and two children. Classy decor in rooms and public areas, with good air conditioning in both. A great location, to easily explore Lille from. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from reception. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel located in a peaceful suburban area. The classic superior room was clean and spacious but the bathroom does not have the range of toiletries that are available at most 4 star hotels. Staff, especially at reception, are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good but breakfast but limited in variety. Evening meals are good and varied. Restaurant staff are friendly, but tend to seat all customers within a confined area of the otherwise spacious restaurant. Overall, a pleasant short stay

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop off before getting the EuroTunnel home. We weren’t expecting much, but it was actually very comfortable. The staff greeted us with professionalism and warmth and spoke English. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We were even able to see our camper van park in the secure car park from our room. Of course, it’s very much a corporate hotel, so there was no ‘charisma’ to the decor, however this was to be expected. Peaceful night’s sleep was had all round!
