I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Logis Hotel Restaurant des Acacias Lille Tourcoing in Neuville-en-Ferrain. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. They truly made my stay a pleasure.
The rooms were spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness both in the bedroom and bathroom, which added to the comfort of the experience. The attention to detail was evident, and I felt at ease throughout my stay.
The restaurant area was another highlight—a pleasant and inviting space with a warm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. The added convenience of free parking was invaluable, especially since I have mobility issues. Having such accessible amenities made my visit so much easier and stress-free.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, whether for leisure or business. I’m already looking forward to returning next year if I have the chance! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel in the Nord region of France.

Staff was accommodating and nice. I was late to buffet and they offered to get breakfast items I missed.

Room was nice and clean and came with multiple water bottles. Staff was very nice and the restaurant was nice as well.

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they are all, without exception, a credit to your hotel.
