Really convenient and walkable for both Eurostar and the old town, with free luggage storage, which meant we could easily explore Lille before our train in the afternoon. Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. As expected for a budget hotel it is basic, and rooms got very hot with no air conditioning.

Pillows are like paper that I have to put a backpack underneath to have volume and neck support. Room is very small for 3 people - space just enough for sleeping. You have to go out to have some airy space. Breakfast is ok.

May2024. Check-in was efficient and quick, staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke fantastic English (thankyou). on site underground parking was a reasonable cost per night. 1st floor street facing room - size and content as expected. Hotel and room was clean and use of a room door access code as opposed to a key/card was a nice feature. Lack of Aircon would be an issue in the summer.street / traffic noisy with window open. Great location. Room cost reasonable for the short notice booking

A fair walk from lillie flander and europe. Not a nice area. Main reception was terrible, but the room looked clean. Very very basic.

Hotel was average, check in was ok. Parking on site and free wifi.
