Property is one of these standard, functional and convenient accommodations but the staff who dealt with us was wonderful:friendly, helpful and with a sense of humour. They made the difference

Lovely hotel
Posted 27 Jun 2024 on HotelsSuch a great location. Lovely little apartments with a compact but well equipped kitchenette plus a fridge.
The beds are so comfortable too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have been back three times and hope to stay again soon.

Bathroom sink was blocked and the shower water was not hot (only warm) in the evening. Otherwise very quiet and a nice place and friendly staff.

Family weekend trip to Lille
Posted 9 May 2023 on HotelsLovely room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a microwave, hob and fridge in the kitchen which was useful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We parked in the hotel’s garage overnight and was able to leave the car until 5pm the next day. The hotel is within a walking distance to the old town and 10mins walk to the Lille Train Station and shopping area.

Top marks for customer service
Posted 5 Sep 2022 on HotelsGreat customer service from all staff. Very accommodating and the manager Aurélie went above and beyond and really made sure we were comfortable. We requested fans for the 2 rooms we booked and she immediately found us the fans, even provided free breakfast for the 2 days we were there. I think best service we have received after a very long time
