Wonderful location, rooms were spacious. The staff unfortunately when checked in and out were both unfriendly and unapproachable. The concierge and the security on the grounds were helpful and kind

We liked the location, it is very close to the old town. We also liked the breakfast buffet and sitting at the bar looking out at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The waiter at the bar, Will Wang, and his helper were great. We did not like our room. It felt dark and dated.

A very pleasant stay. Very impressed with staff, Justin who went the extra mile to ensure that we are back to hotel after a day trip in Shangri-la!

Location is perfect, and hotel circumstances are wonderful. Breakfast is so good. All staff were so kind.

Only downside was Pool staff was overbearing and rude and felt prejudiced against foreigners.

Excellent for Families With You g Children
Posted 8 Jul 2021 on HotelsExcellent location for families with young children adjacent to the Ancient Town with direct access gates. Nice pool and children’s indoor playground. Executive room can easily sleep four with no added extra bed - one on the couch and three in the bed.
