"Booked one night stay at this hotel. Forstly went to another branch using the same name but the staff there said to go further in the alley to find one I’ve booked. It was raining and we couldnt find it as the hotel was situated in small alley. I went back and ask the staff again to lead me there. No one was willing to do so. We were glad at first as the staff seemed so nice and recommendatory. We were asked to visit the tea shop and everything changed since we turned down the request. Please...

"We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful old home and is walking distance to most parts of the old Lijiang Town. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending things do and places to go. There great opportunities for us to mix around with the other guests and staff during the breakfast time to know more about the local community. I would strongly recommend this place if you like to stay in a cozy and homely place. "
