The workers/employees were very nice.
The hotel is very old and in need of upgrades.
The whole place is old and needs some facelifts and new carpeting.

I booked the trip through Expedia and in my bill was stated the resort fee. When I check in they charged me a second resort fee. On top of that, most the amenities were unavailable during my stay. The lady checking in gave me an attitude because I booked through a third party and stated I wouldn’t receive Hilton rewards. She gave me the room next to the laundry room which was in constant use and loud. I will think twice before stay there again.

Aloha Jose, thank you for your feedback. Expedia does not charge you for the resort fee. If you please check your Itinerary, states there that you will pay resort fee at the hotel. Any third-party booking will not earn points unless you use your Hilton credit card to settle your charges. You can always verify by calling the HH desk. Mahalo!

The free internet could have been better and we did chase a mouse out the first day. Otherwise the service was excellent just what was expected

Parking at this facility is 25$ per night which the website didnt mention. When i checked in and came to know about it, I called expedia. The representative wanted me to cancel my reservation and he would help me make a new one at a different property. It was 9pm at night, that was the response from expedia. Then he hung up on me when I told him that was not a viable option. So pls check with property before booking. All things are not listed. This parking fees was in addition to the 25$ per day resprt fees (plus taxes). The staff at the hotel was really nice though.
They had complementary coffee at front desk with hydrogenated hazelnut flavor, no creamers! So much so for resort fees :)
