We stayed on a private unit and hotel made us feel completely unwelcome, couldn’t even provide us with pool towels.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with one of the personnel, I assure you that we strive to provide the best possible customer service to the guests, there were plenty of beach towels in your room. In case you needed more you could have contacted the private housekeeping and they would have brought you more pool towels. I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with one of the staff.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly beyond would recommend it to everyone going to Hawaii. Nothing didn’t like.

This was a lovely resort and the room was a little tired but clean. The bed was very comfy and the resort was gorgeous!
