"This hotel should be called Kids Camp. Pretty much all parents with young kids. Not recommended for couples wanting a romantic getaway. The check in staff were extremely unhelpful and each one told you something different. Had to wait 21/2 hours for our room. Food was mediocre at best. Compared to other Hilton resorts this is a disgrace."
