Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Super Lage :nur kurzer Fußweg zum Strand (200m) oder auch in die Stadt. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein wirklich tolles Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse, es gibt eine tolle Sonnenterrasse, ein Whirlpool, normales Pool und einen Fitness Raum. Außerdem ist auch ein Strandplatz mit Sonnenschirm im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und höflich. Zimmer selbst sind etwas klein aber super ausgestattet mit Klima und Balkon! Echt empfehlenswert!

Sehr gepflegtes, kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Sehr gepflegtes, kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen (Strand, Restaurants, Einkäufe). Da es im Hotel kostenlos Fahrräder zum leihen gibt, sind Fahrten zum Shoppen in Sabbiadoro oder zum Erlebnisschwimmbad einfach zu erledigen. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm, gutes Frühstück, schöneTerasse, kleiner sehr sauberer Pool.

Уютный отель, хорошее соотношение цены и качества

Небольшой семейный отель (всего 40 номеров). Видно, что его сравнительно недавно ремонтировали. Комнаты скромные, на полу линолеум, но есть все необходимое - телевизор, кондиционер, фен, маленький холодильник. Во всех номерах балкон. На крыше отеля - "палуба" с лежаками и джакузи. До моря 5-6 мин. неспешной ходьбы по ровной поверхности (не надо ходить ни в гору, ни под гору). Вдоль дороги много сосен, всегда найдешь тень. До ресторанов, магазинов и супермаркета 3 мин. пешком. Уборка номера ежедневная. Постельное белье и полотенца тоже меняли каждый день. Завтраки не богатые, с почти постоянным ассортиментом, но голодными мы не были. Хозяева и персонал очень приветливые и услужливые. Про транспортное сообщение ничего сказать не можем, т.к. мы путешествовали на автомобиле. Возле отеля для постояльцев бесплатная парковка. Как до Венеции, так и до Триеста примерно по 80 км. Если еще раз приеду в Линьяно, то с удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле ещё раз.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter haben uns herzlich empfangen und sind auch sonst sehr freundlich!Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und man hatte viel Auswahl, von verschieden Brotsorten, Wurstwaren, Käße bis hin zu Kuchen, Müsli uvm :) Zimmer waren auch ok u super war es das wir die Strandliegen inkludiert waren!Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum u am Strand :)Würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen, war einfach super u somit ein toller Urlaub!

Gute Lage aber laut

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung (ziemlich sauber, kein Teppichboden, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage), das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist in der Nähe und auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man auch bei einer Minigolfanlage vorbei. Man kann gratis Räder ausborgen (aber auf eigene Gefahr - der Zustand der Fahrräder ist "abenteuerlich"). In der Nacht ist es oft ziemlich laut: Ständig fahren Busse und Mofas vorbei und in der Nähe befindet sich eine Bar und deren Gäste hört man die halbe Nacht auf ihrem Weg nach Hause. Zimmer sind auch hellhörig. Ansonsten aber zu empfehlen und für Lignano ein ganz passables und relativ günstiges Hotel.

Fantastisk til prisen!

Rigtig fint hotel i skønne omgivelser med et fantastisk og imødekommende personale der gjorde man følte sig velkommen. Værelset var rigtig fint og havde alt det nødvendige. Hotellet har også en lækker tagteresse som vi brugte meget som et alternativ til den nærliggende - og skønne - strand. Et ophold på dette hotel kan helt klart anbefales!
