Beautiful place

Good but not exceptional
Posted 19 Sep 2017 on HotelsOur stay was nice but by no means exceptional. Reception only has one phone so they are hard to get ahold of. The check in process is slow. We had a phone call from family and reception was unable to transfer the call to our room. There was no soap in the dispenser at our bathroom sink. Little things like that weren't great considering the price to stay there. However, the location is gorgeous, our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the complimentary evening sauna was lovely.
