Smartflats just allocated me a flat outside of my desired location, without my knowledge and consent. I was left without where to stay and I was fully charged for it.
Please be aware that they can change your research city without informing you.
On top of that additional charges will be done to the credit cards without consent. So the value shown is much lower than what is charged in total.
A full trap!

Great property for people traveling without kids. Not recommended for kids.

We did not actually stay at the Saint-Adalbert. We were contacted directly by Smartflats and were moved to another flat - the Cathedrale 202 suite.
Pros - very large two bedroom suite. Easy check in - received the door codes via email and everything worked well.
Cons - dirty walls, extremely dark walls in the main living spaces, no fans provided. Room was extremely hot in the summer.
The walls are a dark charcoal colour - extremely dark in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Since the walls are so dark, it shows everything on the walls and they were filthy including toothpaste, water stains, other stains and something blue squirted all over the white bathroom door. Smartflats sends an email checking up to see how things are. I mentioned the walls (especially in the bathroom). They sent their cleaning lady to fix. She was not very happy and took some windex and wiped down a small section of the wall. Later, I received a follow up email from Smartflats stating that the walls were not dirty as I claimed. They claim the walls may look dirty due to the water in Belgium. It was also extremely hot and they do not provide fans. It is very noisy outside so it was tough to keep the windows open.

Nice but noisy!
Posted 4 Aug 2014A lovely flat, extremely close to the centre of Liege. It is easy to walk to the main centre, but it was noisy all through the night (on a lively Friday night). Excellent if you want to experience the nightlife; not so good if you want a quiet nights sleep!

mooie ligging midden in de winkelstraat.
jammer dat de kachels aan 1 kant los hangen , wifi is gratis maar ook niet aanwezig dus heb je er niets aan, keuken is smerig alles vies en vet , douchekop werkt niet lampje naast het bed is een leuk idee alleen heb je er niet zo veel aan als er aan die kant geen stopcontact zit.

Avoid this place !
Posted 26 Jun 2022 on HotelsHorrible, awful, patetico! The most awful experience ! the place was very averagely clean. In the top of this, there is no air conditioning and the windows are so thin that you have an unbearable noise from the street (I was there from Thursday to Saturday). Cherry on the cake, there are two flats in the same building; on Friday, a group of people rent the upper one apparently for a celebration… from 10pm to 4.30 am loud music, screams, people entering and exiting the building constantly. In the morning all access doors where fully opened ! So clearly from a security point of view in an area with plenty of drug men are hanging out all night!
I have tried to call the facility manager on Friday evening and Saturday morning … nobody answers … So if you face a real urgency or lose you entry codes … don’t count in them! Si far my emails and phone calls stayed without response …No call back!!
In summary, it is a shame that Hotels.com allows such type of renting ! Would not go back to this place even with a 60% discount!
