AC/Heat no working. Next day repair. Microwave not working. 7am painters with 4 story ladders working loudly with voices and equipment. Very slow or no reply to text. Found it to ne extremely overpriced in every area. No desire to ever return. Four stars is a generous review.

This resort is Exceptional! We have stayed here 3 different times and are never disappointed! The resort is stylish and beautifully maintained. The staff are always friendly and professional and go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay. Our room was beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. Location is optimal, within walking distance of Armand Circle or the resort provides a free shuttle, for shopping and great restaurants. The pool area and outdoor bar is clean and a nice plus with food and drinks that can be ordered while lying on a longe chair. We love this resort and already look forward to going back next year!

Excellent accommodations, five star food, customer services, housekeeping, and valet team! Everyone was very friendly, outgoing, and helpful!
