I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.

Not great
Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsRoom was not ready at prescribed check-in time. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Lucky I had cash at checkout because they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t accept credit card for the city tax.
