Bad customer service
Posted 27 Mar 2022 on HotelsRemodeling, no coffee pot or hair dryer. Bed was very hard, couch was easier to sleep on. Okay stay for 1 night. Issue with payment to the hotel from hotel.com. Owners woke us up 3 times to talk to customer service so the could get paid. Cancelled reservation w/hotel.com & had to pay again directly to Hotel. This was a mess!!

Woman was rude. Had to threaten to call the police because they had already charged me but wouldn't give me my room nor a refund. Booked in advance and paid but was told that they had no available rooms even though I had already paid. Then refused to refund me... When I threatened to call the police a man mysteriously had a room come available. They were trying to scam me out of my money
