"Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet . We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. "This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
