Not as stated on the website, limited restaurants, no fitness, no swimming pool, no ATM, no English speaking (or willingness to use translations). Information at Hotel is also incorrect, stating facilities not available

It’s uniqueness is the ambiance provided by the Staff and Facilities. Really feels like staying at a Palace.

Far away from city

The hotel is so amazing. The place is clear and comfortable. Remarkably, it provide oxygen freely in each room. But, location is too remote, no shop and restaurant nearby.

Nice big hotel room. Over all is very nice place to stay if you don't have high altitude sickness. Breakfast has a lot of choice. However, stuff didn't help with luggage when we checked in. Feel very tired pulling luggage on carpet. Had high altitude sickness first two days, called front desk, they don't have any medicine on hand, not even oxygen. There aren't any clinic on site according to front desk. Not sure if the oxygen system in room works.

Extremely cold

Hotel indoor areas are extremely cold. Room not as cold but cold so a portable heater had to be used Buffet food is average quality Staff doesn't speak English

Service not up to a intercontinental hotel

The hotel is brand new and recently opened, but many issues which should have been avoided by proper staff training Service was inconsistent, difficult to find English speaking staff, no menu in the room to order food, previous guest hair in the shower...
