This hotel was great, it was updated, clean and cozy. I would have given a full 5 star rating if the parking experience was better. A simple note upon booking with detailed recommendations on where to park would have minimized my anxiety upon arrival. Many walkable dining/bar options with Buffalo Trace a very short drive away.

The Delegate was a great boutique hotel. I loved the exposed brick. The Keurig and water bottles in the room was a very nice touch.the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner was easy to use.

I love this renovated warehouse space! i love the industrial look, the soaring ceilings, and the redesign! The bed and pillows ere like sleeping on a cloud and the people were so very nice. The only drawbacks were trying to find it and the lack of designated parking. If i return to Frankfort, i shall stay there again.

The hotel parking lot was not available as it was under construction which made the check in and luggage handling an issue. This should be resolved in a few weeks according to the staff. Good restaurant in the hotel but not much (walkable) around it as it’s in the downtown business district .
