The room was very clean. But after a while things went downhill. The sink was stopped up, water wouldn't go down, my husband finally got it unstopped, we were checking our bed. There was a huge stain on the mattress that was being covered up. We slept on top of the sheets. The coffee pot was in the bathroom, after bringing it out it didn't work well. The morning as we were leaving,we noticed water on the floor, it was coming from under the sink. No extra towels or wash cloths. Your staff was very friendly. Thank you

Check in on Thursday No internet or TV. Call front desk was told it would be working on Friday. We left on Sunday still no internet or TV.

I checked into a deluxe room, the room was very spacious, but unfortunately it was not clean to the standard that it's suppose to be, the bathroom and bedroom floors were very sticky as if it has never mopped, the towel that is placed on the floor as a mat was dirty, along with the towels it seems as if the bedding was never changed because it was dirty. the rugs in the hallways need to be steamed cleaned and vacum I can go on and on

The TV remote didn’t work in our room or in the fitness center. Also they advertised hair dryer in the room, but there wasn't one. We had to go buy one.

While they advertise an airport shuttle, it's actually not available on Saturday or Sunday, and it took me 5 phone calls to get someone to answer the phone to tell me that. Nowhere does it say 'limited' airport shuttle- I then paid $40 to a cab driver to get me there. The front desk staff charged me for my room even though it was pre-paid. The room was just alright-tried to modernize it, but cheaply done. The exterior of the facility was poorly maintained, and there was feces right outside one of the access doors.

the staff was very nice, but the accommodations were less than desirable. our room did not have hanging drapes because they were rolled up on the floor. the furniture - table legs, tv and table tops has some kind of sticky goo everywhere. one remote for two separate tvs in two separate rooms. the couch had dark stains, the sheets had some sort of stain, the floor left the bottom of my feet brown. the shower is set up very weird. shower head on the same side as the non moving glass, which made me get into the shower to turn the water on, and the ice cold water covered me. the side that slides had not handle on the inside to open the door, so it was hard to open. overall this place was a total thumbs down!

We stayed In a suite room,very nice and roomie, but what I did not like is that I took this hotel you today had a outdoor pool and then the pool ended up being closed the whole time we were there and this was never mentioned when I called and asked about the pool and it has been closed since August 1st and it was around August the 5th when I called and asked so this should have been mentioned
