Tiny room. You charge $160 with no microwave. That’s wrong. It’s obvious you cut every corner possible. Cheap soap and a hard bed doesn’t help. Also you gave me the worst room in the place next to the ice machine because I booked on Expedia. Rip off.

Staff at hotel were very helpful with extending my stay at their property, Expedia was not at all helpful.

Treated professionally by staff. Room was perfect. Clean and quiet. Will continue to stay at Fairfield Inns.
